[Relax-dn-pi] notes from pre-midterm meeting with EC PO

Dear all,

Today Philippas and I met with Daniela Mauri who is the responsible EC project officer for our network. For the midterm review meeting on 3rd of July, she will be joined by Dana Weintraub who was the previous PO.

We want to share with you some reflections and notes - we will also talk about it at our regular meeting tomorrow.


  *   She made a minor comment on ICCS recruitment report about the missing link to the EURAXESS advert. We mentioned that it was a central advertisement for all positions, but she will ask us to update the report accordingly.
  *   She asked specifically about the three students who joined the network late and how we will follow up with them on an individual basis as all have missed the first training school.
  *   She also asked us to remind you about the information package (please see attached). We trust that you have talked to your students about it.
  *   Important to know: all changes in the project plan must be communicated to the PO as early as possible. She will decide how to manage them and approve of them thereafter. Examples are changes of industrial supervisors.
  *   She reminded us again of the importance to keep all recruitment records for potential auditing.
