Hej all,

Here are some short meeting notes from today's meeting:


  *   Training days:
     *   how to structure the students' progress sessions? - Hans asks for input from all but will propose by next week.
     *   technical sessions should be about the SOTA and the students' literature review = discussion of deliverables D1.1, D2.1 and D3.1
     *   PT to send invitations to APs to SB meeting on Wednesday last session (15.30-17.30 CET)
     *   Hans to identify/confirm AP presentations on Friday afternoon session (16.15-17.00 CET); preferably in person but remote is possible - Andrea is in contact with UBOTICA but no response yet
     *   attendance certifications: JP to prepare a draft for Hans/PT to comment
     *   PT to send out instructions to students for their 20 mins presentation slot about their progress
     *   Dinnertime on Monday dependent on people's travel plans
     *   Hans to find a suitable room for yoga session
     *   Hans to book early timeslot at 8.30 on Tuesday for visa check procedure
  *   Status of deliverables:
     *   Technical deliverables D1.1, D2.1 and D3.1 are progressing well - let us know if there are any issues
     *   DMP - discussion how to address data mgmt. questions; please look at Dimitri's example and provide your input by Monday 26/2 to JP
        *   Policy for papers needed - PT to draft
        *   Local vs central repository use - Github/Zenodo preferred
        *   Are algorithms and software libraries considered to be data by the EC?
        *   How to treat data shared with associated partners? Assessment on a case-by-case basis
        *   Size of datasets for upload to open repositories
  *   Midterm review meeting:
     *   In person meeting requested by EC PO - all students and PIs must attend
     *   Suggestion to have it in Brussels (other ideas are welcome)
     *   2 days meeting including one day rehearsal
     *   Invite Associated Partners or not?
