Please find below the meeting minutes of the Supervisory Committee Meeting held on 17 September. - Next online project meeting 26/9.


  1.  Progress Report:
Review meeting well done without any major concerns; JP to distribute the official report when received from EC PO

  1.   2.  Dissemination and outreach activities according to GA:  JP to check how it was phrased re. "two press releases per year"; scientific online magazine 'Conversation' (Deepak to lead the process as he's used it) ACTION: all to think about their already planned activities/events/talks/presentations and how they could be framed into the RELAX context
  3.  Procedures for Student Progress Review: 5 mins closed session with each student resp. main and co-supervisor; non-conflicting feedback to all students by remaining supervisors; review panel consists of all supervisors but without DC representatives

  1.  Seminars: two random papers per seminar; Jacob to schedule series

  1.  Zenodo to be used because of open access
  2.  Next Training days will be at Chalmers: PT to create a doodle for April 2025 to de-couple from DEBS
     *   DEBS will be hosted by Marina and Vincenzo 10-13 June 2025 in Gothenburg https://2025.debs.org/; 10 June workshop day at DEBS = part of RELAX training; DEBS Tutorials could be organized as part of RELAX-DN training school; PT/Marina/Vincenzo to create conference tutorials
     *   Committee: one member from each site: PT/JP from Chalmers; other still to be assigned
     *   Theme: to be developed by DC reps
  3.  Industrial Partners

     *   Agreement: JP to send reminder to all PIs to get agreements signed
     *   Changes: discussions with Ass Partners as needed; justifications on a case-by-case basis; deviations must be reported to EC PO
     *   Planning: on an individual basis and when best suitable in the training plan


  1.  Common projects: supervisors to look out for possibilities; challenge how to build the network community and collaborate across the individual research projects -

        *   PMT to follow up in 2-3 months; seen opportunity rather than coercion
        *   Blog posts to share the individual research for identifying potential collaborations;
        *   maybe smaller pilots for promising ideas such as joined publications or shared position papers?
Visits
AOB: Jacob/Marco to be replaced as DC representatives at SB meetings
