Here are some short meeting notes from today's meeting.


  1.  Training school II at QUB on 16-20 September:

  1.  program committee consists of Hans, Marina, Ira, Dimitris, Andrea and Marco as students' representative

  1.  scientific seminars:
     *   Jacob is responsible; will be hold every second week starting 14/6

     *   all supervisors to suggest 1-2 papers
  2.  Social media:
     *   the credentials for X/Twitter are with Hans; pls contact him for any new moderator requests
     *   rotating moderator scheme for 6 months
     *   Tommaso takes over the moderator's responsibility from Marco as of 1/6
     *   For individual project blog posts: each student has to get a sanity check from his/her supervisor before publishing it
     *   A new blog post every couple of days so that all projects posts are published before the midterm review
  3. DC presentations to be ready by 18 June and SB review to be done by 25 June;
