[Driftstörning] Network maintenenace on Nov 9th.

The network connection to Onsala Space Observatory will be moved
to the new SUNET infrastructure starting at 07:30 on November 9th.
Only the connectivity to/from the space observatory is affected,
both "internet" och telephony. Only short service downtime is
expected (in the order of seconds/minutes).
