[Driftstörning] Mobile phones with MEX

Det är fortfarande problem med telefoni till och från mobiltelefoner. Fortfarande ingen uppgift om när
detta är löst.
Lite ny information dock:

·         Det kan hjälpa om man loggar ut ur MEX, Ring *325 från mobilen - mer anvisningar på
https://www.chalmers.se/insidan/SV/arbetsredskap/telekommunikation/tjanster/mobilabonnemang/mex-abonnemang

·         Felet berör MEX-kunder hos Telenor, alltså inte bara Chalmers.

·         Det går att ringa till mobilens nummer, det är bara samtal via ankytning som inte fungerar.

·         Det verkar som om det börjat fungera igen för vissa användare.

·         Det går att ringa privatsamtal genom att föregå numret med *70, exempel *70 031 772 5999
(samtalet debiteras dock på din privata räkning!)



There is still some problems with telephony to and from mobile phones. Still no info about how long it
will take before it is solved.
Some now info:

·         It may work if you logout from the MEX system. Dial *325 from you mobile.

·         The problem affects MEX-customers at Telenor, that is, not only Chalmers.

·         It is possible to call directly to the number of the mobile phone, it is only calls via extension that is not working.

·         It seems like it have started to work again for some users.

·         It is possible to make private calls by prefixing a number with *70, example *70 031 772 5999
(the call will be charged your private bill!)
