You can access the excel with the financial status for the RP1 at 2. The excel provides an overview of the financial status for the whole project in terms of budget and person-months (pm) consumption, as well as the status for each organization.

Please send to Maria and me your responses to the following points:



Alu-FR:

  *   no time was charged under WP5-management and coordination (0 person-months). However, as you were part of the management meetings, maybe you should consider allocating some time under this WP.


UNIFE:

  *   under WP3, you utilized 29pm which accounts for 58% of the total pm allocated to UNIFE for WP3. Could you please justify the deviation.
  *   Stefano, you mentioned the issue with pro-bono when it comes to your salary. Please drop me a separate email explaining the situation.


UAB:

  *   At the proposal phase, under budget category D.2 Internally invoiced goods and services/€, a total of 4K€ was approved. During RP1, you claimed almost double (7,9k€). Could you please justify the deviation.
