I don't know the above file. I guess you meant Agda-2.5.3.tar.gz (note
that the first  'A' is in upper-case).

Yes. If you were using a development version the option `-V` would
also show a commit number, e.g.

  $ agda --version
  Agda version 2.5.4-de04d45
