[Agda] help required for installing GHC or whole Haskell platform

I don't use the Haskell platform, so I'm not familiar with it. From

I just noticed that the old-time library was removed from Haskell
Platform 8.0.1. Maybe it is more easy to install Agda using Haskell
Platform 7.10.3.
