[Agda] ANNOUNCE: Agda 2.4.2.3 release

We would like to announce the release of Agda 2.4.2.3.

Install with

  $ cabal update && cabal install Agda

or got to

  http://wiki.portal.chalmers.se/agda/pmwiki.php?n=Main.Download

Important changes since Agda 2.4.2.2:

For the time being, a version of the standard library compatible with
Agda 2.4.2.3 is available via (requires Git >= 1.7.10)

  $ git clone https://github.com/agda/agda-stdlib.git --branch 2.4.2.3
--single-branch

or using previous versions of Git

  $ git clone https://github.com/agda/agda-stdlib.git
  $ cd agda-stdlib/
  $ git checkout 2.4.2.3
