[Agda] Install failure

[Martin Escardo]

I got the same error message reported below, under ubuntu 10.04. I would 
like to use the new syntax to define binders, but I am still in Agda 2 
version 2.1.3, with no luck getting the newest version. What should I do 
to overcome this error? Thanks, Martin
