I have just found out that we can have a julbord on Decmber 13 at Villa Belparc. I hope that this would fit the plans for most of us.

Subject: [Nbp] Lunch meeting Friday, December 1 to plan Christmas activity
Dear all,

Christmas is approaching fast and we would like to find time to gather for an activity together before everyone takes off for the holidays.

This year we will not have our typical Christmas dinner (Julbord) before the holidays, instead, we will meet to have a kick-off in January, around the Chinese New Year.  However, we would still like to gather as many of us as possible for an activity also before Christmas.

We would like to invite you to have lunch together this Friday, December 1, to discuss the date, venue, and itinerary for this activity. We will meet at 12 in the big lunch room on floor 4 of the Origo Physics building. Until then, please check your calendars for when you are available in December and think about how you would like to celebrate together with the NBP division.
