Dear All,

Our kick-off takes place at Stenungsbaden (https://www.stenungsbaden.se/en/spa-vastkusten/).

We start with lunch at 12 o’clock on August 29.

12-13 Lunch
13-13:30 Introduction
13:30-15 Scientific session
15-15:30 Coffee/tea break
15:30-17 Activity
18:00 Dinner

We have booked single rooms for all
Entry to the spa is included

August 30
Breakfast
9-10:30 Scientific session
10:30-11 Coffee/tea break
11-12 Session
12-13 Lunch

Important:


  1.  Send information about food restrictions if any to me
  2.  We assume that you all will attend.  We have booked accommodation and all meals for everyone. In case, there are special circumstances that prevents you from attending you need to inform me and your project leader not later than Wednesday, August 17.
