[Nbp] Reserve the time for kick-off lunch-to-lunch on August 29-30

I hope that you have enjoyed the summer time.

We are planning to have a kick-off lunch-to-lunch for our Division on August 29-30. The location is off-Chalmers at some place along the west coast of Sweden.

Please reserve the time in your calendar.

Also let me know as soon as possible if you will not be able to join the kick-off.
