[Driftstörning] Some ComHem/Tele2/Boxer users have problem to reach Chalmers network

Vi har konstaterat att en del av våra användare har problem med att nå Chalmers nätverk när de sitter hemma. Så långt vi har kunnat se gäller detta kunder till Boxer, Tele 2 och Com Hem.
Felet ligger utanför Chalmers nätverk.

Om du är drabbad av detta bör du anmäla detta till din internetleverantör och klaga på att det inte går att nå chalmers.se (129.16.0.0/16)

För att komma åt Chalmers kan man använda internetdelning via mobiltelefonen.

We have determined that some of our users have problems to reach Chalmers network from home. As far as we can see this affect customers to Boxer, Tele 2 and Com Hem.
The error is outside Chalmers network.

If you have this problem you should report this problem to your ISP and complain that it is not possible to reach chalmers.se (129.16.0.0/16)

To reach Chalmers it is possible to use internet sharing on the mobile phone.

Problem:  Routing error in Tele 2 network.   Web pages and services at *.chalmers.se cannot be reached.
Affected users: some Staff, student and public users that is using Boxer, Tele2 or Com Hem as ISP
Start of problem: First reported on August 17, 14:00
