[subexp-daq] Question on NURDLIB - where SIS3316_rebased went?

Dear Günter,

I have transplanted the commit series from the old repository with 'git 
format-patch' and 'git 'am'.  Only one commit that just added an limits.h 
include had issues, so I hope it should be fine.

Pushed to the new repository as branch 'sis3316_reborn'.  Please test.
