[subexp-daq] How to start a DAQ system after NURDLIB, TRLOII, DRASI, etc. were updated

Dear Günter,

It looks like the *.trlo files just need to be synced according to 
updates in recent years.

The change from '=' to '<=' was done to differentiate the kinds of 
assignments in the config. From a quick look at the first three errors, 
"a = b" would simply be "a <= b" instead and I'm guessing it's the same 
for the rest.

At some point the vulom gateware had support for more front LED's. 
Comment one out and keep the LED index in the range [1,2].
