[subexp-daq] Possible problem with VULOM4 (instead of 4B)

Dear Günter,

Looks like trloii was not compiled into nurdlib, please have a look at 
the following file:

nurdlib/build_*/nconf/include/nurdlib/trloii.h.log

(Better error output now in the todo...)
