Hej all,

Here are some minutes from today's project meeting:

  1.      *   Action JP: to develop a detailed agenda for next project meeting
  2.  Supervision meetings: students are asked to archive the meeting notes from their regular meetings with their main and co-supervisors on Teams;
     *   action Jacob/Marco: to inform/remind all students about that task
  3.  Feedback from students about 1st training week: Jacob presented a summary;
     *   action Jacob: send summary to JP for input into the midterm review report
  4.  Blog on webpage: each student to write a popular post about his/her project. This post can contain drawings etc.; respective supervisor reviews the post before publishing;
     *   action Jacob/Marco: to inform all students and coordinate the efforts, to develop publishing schedule, deadline by end of May,
     *   action Jacob: to check access rights and loading problems
  5.  News/press releases: action all: to check for opportunities to locally publish some news about the start of the network
  6.  Input from students about January On-line meeting: suggestion to have a seminar series with students presenting their technical progress; another suggestion to have paper presentations and discussions every (2nd) week for 45-60 mins;
     *   action Jacob/Marco: to send communication to all students asking for specific papers and ideas about potential topics
  7.  News from partners:  Andrea confirmed that both students have started at TCD last week.
     *   Action Andrea: to send contact details to JP for registration at EC portal
