[Driftstörning] Begränsad telefonsupport 12 sep / Limited phone IT support

Hej!

På eftermiddagen onsdag 12:e september kommer IT-Service att stänga 
telefonsupporten från och med kl 13:30 och resten av dagen, på grund av 
ett viktigt möte.  Dagen efter återgår vi till ordinarie öppettider.

Detta gäller anknytningarna 6600, 6500 och 5900.

Vi kommer ha mycket begränsade möjligheter att hjälpa till med 
IT-support under mötet, eftersom vi då inte kommer att befinna oss på 
vårt kontor.  Vid mycket akuta frågor kan man emellertid välja att bli 
kopplad till en jourmobil.

On the afternoon of Wednesday 12 September, IT Systems and Services will 
close the telephone support lines from 1.30PM, and the rest of the day. 
  This is due to an important meeting.  The next day we will resume our 
normal opening hours.

This affects the phone extensions 6600, 6500, and 5900.

We will have severly limited capacity to assist with IT Support during 
the meeting, since we will not be in our offices.  For very urgent 
questions, however, it will be possible to reach an emergency mobile 
phone (through the extensions listed above).
