Tjänsten är nu åter i drift.

Har du behov av att redigera dina uppgifter som är registrerade för de 
e-postlistor där du är medlem gör så här:

Gå till http://lists.chalmers.se och klicka på den aktuella listans 
namn, rulla med rullisten längst ner på sidan som visas och klicka på 
listans namn igen på den översta av de tre raderna.

Du har nu kommit till den aktuella listans informationssida. Rulla med 
rullisten längst ner på sidan och klicka på knappen med texten 
"Unsubscribe or edit settings". Skriv i din e-postadress i den vita 
rutan med texten e-postadress. Klicka därefter på knappen med texten 
"Remind" som finns längre ner och du får lösenordet skickat till dig i 
ett e-postmeddelande.

Summary:

If you need to edit the settings that are registred for the e-mail lists 
that you are a member of, do as follows:

Go to http://lists.chalmers.se and click on the name of list that it is 
regarding, scroll with the scrollbar to the bottom of the page that will 
show up and click on the name of the list again. You are now on the 
information page for the e-mail list. Scroll with the scrollbar to the 
bottom of the page an click on the button with the text "Unsubscribe or 
edit settings". Type in your e-mail address in the white field with the 
text "E-mail address:" and click on the button with the text "Remind" 
that is located further below and the password is sent to you in an e-mail.

Chalmers har som policy att inte skicka lösenord i e-brev. Därför har 
det beslutats att upphöra med de månatliga påminnelsebreven från 
http://lists.chalmers.se där lösenord är presenterat för de listor man 
är medlem i.

För att denna förändring skall träda i kraft krävs omstart av tjänsten 
som tillhandahåller Mailman e-postlistor, http://lists.chalmers.se, 
onsdagen den 25 januari 2012 kl 17:15. Avbrottet beräknas ta mindre än 
en timma.

Summary:

Chalmers has a policy to not send passwords in e-mails. Therefore it is 
decided to stop sending the monthly reminders from 
http://lists.chalmers.se there the passwords are presented for the lists 
where you are members.

To apply this change the service Mailman e-mail lists, 
http://lists.chalmers.se, will be rebooted 5:15 PM Wednsday January 
25th. Estimated downtime is less than one hour.
