[Driftstörning] RE: system avstängda på grund av hög temperatur

Kylaggregatet är i drift och temperaturen sjunker i serverrummet.

Alla tjänster som kunder kan se är uppe. Vissa ITS-interna system startas
först när temperaturen är normal.

 

The cooling device is running and the temperature is falling in the server
room.

All services notable for our customers are up and running. Some ITS-systems
will be started when the temperature has reached a safer level.

Kylaggregatet är på plats men ännu inte igång. Ny information kommer när
aggregatet är i drift.

 

The cooling device is on site but still not running. New information will
follow when the cooling device is active.

Ett reservkylaggregat kommer att levereras och sättas igång idag. När
temperaturen går ner tillräckligt kommer de servrar/tjänster som nu är nere
att startas om.

Summary: 

A substitute cooling device will be delivered and activated today. When the
temperature drops to a normal level the servers/services will be restarted.

Orsakat av kylproblem I serverrummet 1023 (v-huset) har följande system
stängts av på grund av för hög temperatur:

-Print (v-printers), drabbar BoM, delar av AoS, EoM & Am 

-Web (IIS) drabbar BoM & Am 

-Sfp (nets22) drabbar BoM, AoS, EoM & Am 

-Streamingserver (geo) drabbar Geo & distansföreläsningar 

-Antivirus server (v-huset)

-Elmlog

-Adminserver

-Exchange (I Drift men ej redundant)

-MS-Fil (I Drift men ej redundant)

 

Vi återkommer när vi får mer information om när det kan vara åtgärdat.

-Exchange (up again, but not redundant)

-MS-Fil (up again, but not redundant)

 

Further information will follow as soon as we know when the systems will be
up again.
