[Driftstörning] Mejlproblem just nu (@chalmers.se)

IT-supporten har fått flera rapporter om at det är problem med att komma åt mailen både via webmailen och via tex outlook för ett stort antal av våra användare. Problemet verkar ha startat någon gång efter kl 11:00.
Vi har också fått information om att det arbetas på att lösa felet, men vi har just nu ingen information om när det kommer igång igen eller vad felet är.

Berätta gärna för era drabbade kollegor att vi vet om problemet och försöker lösa det, eftersom de inte kommer få detta mail.


The IT-support has received several reports that there are problems with accessing the email both via webmail and via, for example, Outlook for a large number of our users. The problem seems to have started sometime after 11:00.
We have also received information that work is being done to resolve the error, but we currently have no information about when it will work again or what the error is.

Please tell your affected colleagues that we know about the problem and are trying to solve it, as they will not receive this email.
