Fortfarande problem med telefoni, vi har nu kapacitet för 150 samtidiga samtal (var endast 60 i morse) vilket är 50% av vår normala kapacitet.

Still problems with telephony, but we now have a capacity of 150 concurrent calls (was just 60 this morning) which is about 50% of normal capacity.

Mobile calls capacity: 90 channels of 180 available
Call over cable: 60 channels of 120 available
Time to solved: Unknown, guessing it will be solved before lunch tomorrow

Begränsad kapacitet i telefoni sedan 2020-09-25 07:44

Telenor har drabbats av ett kabelfel som gör att vi har begränsad kapacitet. I princip kan maximalt  60 samtidiga telefonsamtal pågå, normalt har vi kapacitet för 300 samtidiga samtal.

Undvik att använda vanlig telefoni (fasta telefoner, mobiltelefoner) om möjligt. Använd istället Skype eller Teams osv om möjligt.

Telenor jobbar på att åtgärda problemet. Okänt när problemet är löst


Limited capacity in telephony since 09/25/2020 07:44

Telenor have a cable problem that limits the telephone capacity for Chalmers. We now can have a maximum of 60 simultaneous phone calls.

Please avoid use normal telephony (fixed phones, mobile phones) if possible. Use Skype or Teams etc if possible.

Telenor is working on the problem. It is yet unknown how long time this will take.
