[Driftstörning] DNS Resolver maintenance at July 4th and 5th

We will upgrade our DNS resolver systems (cache-only servers), res1.chalmers.se
and res2.chalmers.se.

This will be done on July 4th (for res2) and July 5th (for res1), in both
cases starting at 17:00. A spare system will provide the service during
the maintenance so only minor service impact is expected.
