[Driftstörning] Emergency maintenance of WiFi and NOMAD services.

Continued investigation of a hardware/software issue in the WiFi and
NOMAD infrastructure require emergency maintenance.

This will be done today at ca. 17:15. Some impact on the services
(WiFi, eduroam and NOMAD, and NOMAD on Ethernet) is expected but
unless unexpected problems occur, it should be short and limited.
