[Driftstörning] IDP-login to any service are not working for a few users + workaround

Hej / Hi (in english below)


Vi har de senaste dagarna fått in ett antal felanmälningar på

att vissa webbtjänster inte har gått att nå. Gemensamt är att

när man kommer till inloggningssidan (dvs Chalmers IDP)  så

visas bara en blank sida.


Lösning:

Om man i detta läge trycker på webbläsarens uppdaterings-

knapp (reload, ofta i form av en pil i cirkelform) så visas

inloggningssidan och man kan komma vidare.



ENGLISH:


The last days we have got a few reports about people that

can not login to any services. The common problem are that

when the login page (Chalmers IDP) are reached,  there

are only displayed a blank page.


Workaround:

If the reload button on the web browser (often a picture of

an arrow in circle form) are pressed, the login form are

displayed and it is now possible to login to the service.

Affected Systems: Any using IDP login: Box, Student Portal, Ladok, Proceedo and many more
