Lösning: Om man i detta läge trycker på webbläsarens uppdaterings- knapp (reload, ofta i form av en pil i cirkelform) så visas inloggningssidan och man kan komma vidare. ENGLISH: The last days we have got a few reports about people that can not login to any services. The common problem are that when the login page (Chalmers IDP) are reached, there are only displayed a blank page. Vi håller just nu på och testar systemet för att rensa ut gamla ärenden och detta görs i ett test-system som är en kopia av det riktiga ÄHS. De som fått sådana här email har en bevakning på ett projekt i ÄHS och denna inställning har följt med till testsystemet. Vi skall stoppa testerna och ta bort alla bevakningar så snart vi kan och då kommer "mailbombningen" att sluta. För att städa bort dessa brev kan man göra en regel i Outlook: Högerklicka på mailets rubrik i listan över mail, välj "Create Rule" och välj denna avsändare samt delar av ärendemen- ingen, typ "been removed due to GDPR" samt en folder att flytta mailet till, lämpligen papperskorgen. Kör regeln även på redan inkomna mail också. We are currently testing the system for cleaning out old cases in our request system. This is done in a test-system that is a copy of the real ÄHS. Persons that have received these mails are those who have a subscription on changes in their projects and this settings was also copied over to the test system. We will now stop testing and will now delete these subscrip- tions from the test system - this will stop this flood of emails. To clean out these email, make a rule in Outlook. Right- click on the mail and select "Create Rule...". Select the current sender and a part of the subject, like "been removed due to GDPR" and a folder to move these letters to, probably the Trash bin. Run this rule also on already delivered mail.
