[Driftstörning]POSTPONED IN THE END Re: FYI: Very late drift email about mur database upgrade (but this shouldn't affect anybody)

During my pre-upgrade preparation/checks, I noticed that the database has in fact been updated in the last 24 hours, so have been mistakenly misinformed about the activity on this server.


Therefore, I did not proceed and have requested confirmation of an actual date/time.

I am about to attempt an upgrade of upgrade the mysql55 database to mariadb10 (software collections) on mur.


It was only confirmed yesterday because I have been told by those who use it, that it is safe to do this today as it isn't being used for the next couple of weeks so it shouldn't affect anybody and I had a morning today I could dedicate to it.


Not exactly sure what this affects - I know surveys are run on it so I assume there are no active surveys.
