On Wednesday 2017-03-22 09:00 we will perform a minor change to
Chalmers' Network Access Filters.

The idea is to simplify GU access to Chalmers Services. Basically
this is done by allowing GU (130.241.0.0/16) to access Chalmers
(129.16.0.0/16) without any restrictions.

NB. This is Network only; Chalmers Services, e.g. Print, File, etc,
will still have to be updated/opened separately.
