[Driftstörning] Desktop phones not working + WorkAround

Vi har sedan en dryg vecka problem med telefoni för bordstelefoner.
Symptomen är att när man ringer ett nummer så får man endast en
ihållande ton.

Orsaken till felet är ännu okänd, men man kan ringa samtal genom
att göra på följande sätt:

Slå numret, vänta tills man får den ihållande tonen, slå sedan numret
igen.

We have, since over a week now, problems with our desktop phones.

On these phones you can not make any calls, you will get a continuous
tone instead.

The cause of these problems are yet unknown, but it is possible to
make calls foolowing this workaround:

Dial the number, wait until you get a continuous tone, then dial the
number again.

Affected services:    MEX desktop phones of Huwaei brand.
