[Driftstörning] Emergency maintenance on recursive nameservers.

We must install security related modifications to our recursive (cache-
only) nameservers (res1.chalmers.se, res2.chalmers.se). This will be done
today after 17:00 for res2 and tomorrow after 17:00 for res1.
A spare system will supply the service during the maintenance so
the impact on the service will be small and restricted to the switch-over
between systems.
