[Driftstörning] Network maintenance February 21th at 17:00.

To prepare for the network in the SB1 building, we will install additional
hardware in a router/switch. This will start at 17:00 on Tuesday February
21th.  We do not expect any service impact at all, but in case of unexpected
problems, the networks (LAN and WiFi) at VoV, SB2, J51 buildings and
Eklandagatan 84 are at risk.
