[Driftstörning] Emergency fiber maintenanance on Wednesday 20170215

We must measure end possibly move two optical fiber connections.
This will affect computer network at the Wijkanders restaurant and
at Vasa building 12 (Chalmers University Foundation).

The work will be done between 08 and 10 on Wednesday February 15th, but the
downtime is expected to be less than that.
