[Driftstörning] Sowtware maintenance on recursive nameservers

We will upgrade the application on our recursive, cache-only, nameservers
(res1.chalmers.se/1291.6.1.53, res2.chalmers.se/129.16.2.53).

The application will be restarted twice on each server causing the
service on that system to be down for a short period (expected to be
less than 10 seconds).

The maintenance is scheduled for:

Monday 20160321, starting at 17:00 - res2.chalmers.se
Tuesday 20160322, starting at 17:00 - res1.chalmers.se
