[Driftstörning] Network maintenance in the M2-building on Thursday Dec 3rd 09:00-12:00

The network switches in the north half of the 2nd floor in the M2-building
will be replaced/upgraded on Thursday Dec 3rd between 09:00 and 12:00.

Users can expect two short (in the order of seconds) network interrupts during
the maintenance. The WiFi accesspoints will be reconnected too, so the
WiFi (eduroam/NOMAD) service will be degraded for a couple of minutes.

The new switches will support 1Gbps to the users. If you experience
problems try to replace the cable between you system and the outlet. Some
old cables may not work with 1Gbps.
