[Driftstörning] Störningar mobil telefoni (Telenor)

Hej!

Det är problem med utgående samtal från den nya växeln (MX-ONE), vilket 
drabbar ungefär hälften av alla mobiltelefonanvändare.

Inkommande samtal fungerar bra.

Felorsaken är transmissionsproblem hos Telenor, och i skrivande stund 
beräknar de vara klara c:a kl 10:00 idag.  Mer info:

Om du behöver ringa utgående samtal från din tjänstemobil innan 
problemet är löst, kan du tillfälligt avaktivera MEX enligt instruktion 
på Insidan.  OBS!  Det är viktigt att du aktiverar MEX igen senare, för 
att undvika onödiga kostnader.

Hi,

Right now there are problems with outgoing calls from the new telephone 
exchange (MX-ONE), which affects around half of our mobile phone users.

Incoming calls work fine.

The fault is due to transmission problems with our supplier Telenor, and 
at the time of writing they estimate to have it fixed around 10a.m.

If you need to place outgoing calls from your Chalmers mobile phone 
before the problem is resolved, you can temporarily disable MEX 
according to the instructions on Insidan (Swedish only).  Please note: 
It is important that you re-activate MEX later, to avoid unneccessary costs.
