[Driftstörning] Power outage in HB building on Monday 28/4

Due to the rebuilding/reconstruction work in HC and HB (Campus Johanneberg)
a power outage is planned for parts of the buildings on Monday 28/4. This
till affect some network equipment.  The work is expected to take the
entire day.

The network in the HB-building, including WiFi access points will be down.
