[Driftstörning] Fredag 15:e nov är ITS stängt / ITS closed next Friday

Hej!

Fredag 15:e november (2013-11-15) kommer hela IT-Service att vara 
stängt, för att genomföra en intern planeringsdag.

Vi kommer varken att vara tillgängliga via telefon eller kunna hjälpa 
till på plats (Närservice) under hela denna dag.  Nästföljande arbetsdag 
återgår vi till normal bemanning, alltså måndag 18:e november.

För mycket akuta ärenden kan man nå oss via jourmobil, men vi kommer ha 
begränsade möjligheter att hjälpa till eftersom ingen är på sin vanliga 
arbetsplats.


Hi,

Friday November 15th, the entire IT Systems and Services department will 
be closed, because of an internal planning workshop.

During this day, we will be unable to answer the phone, and no local 
support technicians will be available.  The next business day we resume 
normal operations, i.e. Monday November 18th.

In very urgent situations there's an emergency cell phone you could 
call, but our capacity to assist you will be quite limited, since we 
will be out of office.
