[Driftstörning] Network maintenance on July 15th and 16th.

We are in the process of replacing an old router (mc2-fy-che-gw) with new
hardware.  This will will have impact on the network service in the Physics
buildings (all of them - Origo, F, Trapphuset, Soliden...), MC2, all Chemistry
buildings (but not the C3SE computer center).

On July 15th, between 16:30 and 17:30, the routing for all connected customer
in affected building will be moved to the new router. This will cause a
network downtime for all these users due to the change in Ethernet-address
used by ARP-entries. The length of the downtime depends on the end
system and can be from seconds to several minutes - a restart of a system
will always fix the problem.

In addition to this, the physical connection for nephy.chalmers.se will
be moved to the new router causing an additional downtime of 1-2 minutes
for them.

On July 16th, between 16:30 and 18:30, the rest of the physical connection
will be moved to the new router. This will cause the network to be down for
1-3 minutes once for every user.

The WiFi network (NOMAD and eduroam) in affected building will also be down.
On July 15th, it may in worst case be partly down or with reduced capacity/
coverage for up to 4 hours. On July 16th, the impact on the WiFi service
will be small.
