[Driftstörning] edurom/NOMAD and nameserver maintenance 27/12 - 3/1

Maintenance of our recursive cache-only nameservers (res1.chalmers.se and
res2.chalmers.se) and of the authentication servers for eduroam and NOMAD
is planned for 27/12 - 3/1.

These services are implemented by multiple redundant servers, so the impact
on the service is expected to be low/short.
