Dear colleagues
I also share with you the same concern (confusion).
On www.cdio2014.org<http://www.cdio2014.org> website is written
"The review process will follow three phases with their corresponding deadlines: submission of a 500 word abstract, submission of a full paper according to the template and submission of the final version of the full paper revised in accord with referees comments."
I submitted three abstracts and I don't know what will the next step be?
Will we receive a notification about the acceptance of the abstracts? And if yes, when?
Thank you

Dear Dr. Lucke,
Thanks for raising this issue. I'm also confused about the procedure for applying to present a work in progress and would appreciate some details.
Best,
Mary

Hi Rick,
Just wondering if the "work in progress" abstracts are also due now or are they due later? Thanks

Get your 500 word abstract in now (www.softconf.com/d/cdio2014/<http://www.softconf.com/d/cdio2014/>) to make sure your paper appears at CDIO 2014. Just like last year, November 17 is a hard deadline and there will be no extensions. Hope to see you in June!
Cheers,
Rick Sellens
Dear CDIO Members,
We are looking forward to seeing you at the 10th International CDIO Conference, SHARING SUCCESSFUL ENGINEERING EDUCATION EXPERIENCES, June 15 - 19, 2014 at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Freeform, 500 word abstracts for papers are due on November 17. Abstracts for projects in progress will be accepted until much later to allow you to report on this year's activities. See the attached Call for Abstracts for details.
You can submit your abstract through the START system (www.softconf.com/d/cdio2014/<http://www.softconf.com/d/cdio2014/>) and more details will be available soon through the conference website, www.cdio2014.org<http://www.cdio2014.org> (under construction).
For questions about the conference, please email cdio2014 at upc.edu<mailto:cdio2014 at upc.edu>
We look forward to seeing you in sunny Barcelona next June!
