Please see below the conflict of interest rules.

General guidelines to identifying CoI or appearances of CoI.
1. Individuals who have jointly applied for funding within the last three years or who are on the same active grants.
2. If one of the individual's organization stands to benefit directly or indirectly, or be disadvantaged as a direct result of the monitoring of the project (i.e. an expert who is member of an Advisory Board of the project, the institutional program or an institution/company of one of the beneficiaries).
3. Individuals with close family or personal relationship.
4. Individuals who have collaborated and co-authored a publication within the last 3 years.
5. Individuals who have been in a mentor-mentee or trainer-trainee within the last three years.

Dear all,


  1.  Maria and I just had a meeting with the EC PO and we can confirm that the meeting will not take place on the 07/05, but most possibly on the 14/05 and it will be a full day – until 16.30.

                 We would also like to explore the possibility of 22nd or 23rd of May as an alternative in case the external experts are not available for our meeting.
                 Therefore, could you please inform us about your availability for these two dates as soon as possible.



  1.  Given that the EC review meeting will take place in the middle of the May, we suggest that we reschedule the mock-up rehearsal meeting from 24/05 to either 02/05 or 03/05, 09:00-12:00. This will allow all WPs to revisit and update the presentations.

Please inform us if these time slots are not convenient for you.
