[Agda] free download of VFPIA

Dear Agda community,

I just wanted to pass on something I recently learned, that ACM is giving
free access to the ACM Digital Library for the next three months due to the
pandemic.  This means you can download my Agda book in EPUB or PDF free in
that time.  Just FYI.
