[Agda] Agda speed in Ubuntu

OK. This makes me wonder what libraries the two installations use. Can
you run "ghc-pkg describe Agda-2.6.0.1", first with cabal-1604 active,
and then with cabal-1804? I'm interested in the "depends" section.
