[Agda] two items in standard

Hi Sergei,
 See this PR (https://github.com/agda/agda-stdlib/pull/586) for an improved
version of Ulf's reasoning. This will be included in the next release of
the standard library (will be timed to coincide with Agda-2.6.0).

I have a question about Standard library (is it better to ask them on

The rule for this is fairly easy. If the question is asking for help using
the standard library then put the question on the mailing list. If it is a
suggestion to change the standard library then it should go on Github.
