[Agda] help required for installing GHC or whole Haskell platform

Last time we didn't know if Agda 2.5.1 supported GHC 8.0.1 on Windows
10. Now, we know that Agda 2.5.1.1 (just released) is compatible with
Windows 10 and GHC 8.0.1. I suggest install the Haskell Platform 8.0.1
and try again.
