[Agda] AIM XVII registration being closed

Hi,

We are closing the AIM XVII registration.
On Fri 26 April (JST), the remaining pre booked room of the accommodation
will be freed, so that only a few registration will be possible after that.

At 15:00 (Japan Standard Time)  Thu 2 May, the registration is closed.

If you intend to attend AIM XVII and not booked yet,
