Not sure the epsilon should be used for Agda's typing relation.  I 
associate the set-membership with it.

Mmh, don't know.  With unicode, there is always the confusion issue, 
like with :: and \:: and the like.  I'd prefer the RATIO symbol (fake 
colon) to the epsilon.
