Because we have not made a release in over a year.

However, we plan to release Agda 2.2.0 relatively soon now. The idea is
basically to just take a snapshot of the repository and package it up;
there will not be any attempt to fix outstanding bugs, because Ulf does
not have time right now. Are there any objections to this plan?
